Hi,

I would really appreciate some assistance and direction if possible.

My 'F' is riding about like a rollerskate and feels really rock hard with every bump in the road noticeable. I am sure that the Hydragas needs a service but I am stuck as to where to take the car.

I live in Bergen, between Celle and Walsrode. Does anyone here know an MG specialist in this area (within 100km preferably) but I will travel further if I need to (Hannover, Bremen, Hamburg). There used to be a MG place in Celle but it closed a few years ago.

the 2nd option is that I take it to a local garage. He explained to me that he is confident that he can do this but does not have all the technical data etc for MGF, if this is a good option is there somewhere online that I can get the details of how to do this job.

My German is very basic but I have plenty of friends that can help me with tougher translations.

Hey, you are near my birthplace :)
The former official dealer was at the Harburger Heerstrasse. They also used to have Citroen about 40 years ago.
Always brought my 2CV there for service * :angel: ... 40 years ago :up:

and call Allbrit in Celle. They are a MINI specialist and may be able to pump up MGF also.
Located a bit more north-west in Celle/Garssen

Never tried them myself, so please give some feedback about their service.
(Tell them *Dieter, the silly MGF Guru recommended*, just in case.)

I spoke to Allbrit, unfortunately they do not offer the service but they put me in touch with another company (in Celle) that do:

Got it done earlier today - now 200% better and driving how it should.

Cheers :up: They are a bit north of the very old MG dealership at Harburger Heerstr. 5. Follower, may be.
